Kathryn Proctor, President
Kathryn (Seo) Proctor, CHB, President of Lodging Brokers Network, has spent the last seventeen years in the hotel and real estate industries. Kathryn has been overseeing hotel and inn transactions throughout California for the last ten years, and took over Lodging Brokers Network as President four years ago. Prior to selling hotels and inns, Kathryn worked for two of the major boutique hotel companies in hotel acquisitions. In 2020, Kathryn was awarded with the designation of Certified Hotel Broker (CHB). Kathryn is one of only four licensed individuals in California that have this CHB designation. Kathryn holds a degree in Real Estate Finance from Cornell University.
